In-Motion Scale CWL-I

The Bizerba CWL-I is an in-motion scale for weighing individual items on industrial conveyor lines. It suits sorting, infeed and dispatch applications, with a stainless steel version and a food-grade white belt for demanding environments.

Catchweigher and checkweigher configurations support individual weighing and checks against weight limits, including completeness checks by weight. The included Bizerba Configuration Tool software is used to set up the system.

Choose from scale capacities of 15 kg to 60 kg, with conveyor speeds up to 1.0 m/s depending on the configuration. Compatible Bizerba labellers, scanners and dimensioning equipment can extend the system to suit your line.
