We don't start from scratch every time we visit.
Every asset we maintain has an ongoing record in AIMM, our own maintenance management system.
We keep its equipment details, configuration, calibration and service history, previous findings, reports and upcoming requirements together in one place.
We built AIMM because ordinary service records didn’t give us the continuity we wanted for specialised weighing and measurement equipment. It’s part of how we manage our customers’ equipment and is included with our service.
Nothing falls through the cracks
Every weigher, weigh feeder and detector we maintain is tracked against its service and calibration schedule.
We keep an eye on what’s coming due and work with your planners to coordinate upcoming work around site requirements and shutdowns.
If people or roles change, the equipment history and schedule remain in place.

Every completed calibration and service report is stored against the equipment it relates to, building a permanent service history over time.
Instead of searching through old emails or folders, you can go back to the asset and see the work that has been completed, what was found and the reports associated with it.
We look at the history, not just today's result
A calibration result can be within tolerance and still tell us something useful when compared with previous visits.
By keeping results and service history together, we can identify changes and developing trends that may be worth investigating before they become larger issues.
It gives our technicians more context when they arrive on site and gives you a clearer picture of how the equipment has behaved over time.

Where equipment details and specifications have been recorded, we keep them against the asset for future reference.
That means a parts enquiry can often start with information about what’s actually installed rather than starting from scratch.
It reduces back-and-forth, helps us identify compatible replacement parts and is particularly useful for older equipment where documentation can be difficult to find.
