A fully floating weigh frame on four load cells with two weigh idlers: ±0.25% of actual weight at belt speeds up to 2.0 m/s*, rated to 5.0 m/s, for belts from 450 to 2,200 mm. Australian designed and made, in galvanised mild steel or stainless.

From bare frame to running conveyor
Every part of a PBW4-2 installation, in the order it goes together. Accurate Industries supplies the lot: the weigh frame, weigh idlers, speed sensor and off-scale idlers, plus the integrator and calibration.
1. Frame as installed
The galvanised weigh frame, bolted between the conveyor stringers.
2. Weigh idlers and speed sensor
Two weigh idler frames on the scale, with the speed sensor wheel riding on the belt.
3. Off-scale idlers
Six standard idler frames either side of the scale, on the conveyor stringers.
4. Belt fitted
Carry and return belt in place: the conveyor as it runs empty.
5. Loaded and weighing
Material on the belt. Four load cells under the weigh idlers measure the load while the speed sensor measures belt travel.
