The CBW1-1 Multiwidth module
A single load cell and one weigh idler in a bead-blasted stainless steel module that bolts together on site. Because it is a standard module rather than a custom weldment, it is usually on the shelf, ready for fast despatch.
From bare frame to running conveyor
Every part of a CBW1-1 Multiwidth installation, in the order it goes together. Accurate Industries supplies the lot: the weigh frame, weigh idler, speed sensor and off-scale idlers, plus the integrator and calibration.
1. The module
The bolt-together stainless steel module on its single load cell.
2. On the stringers
The module bolted between the conveyor stringers, ready for its weigh idler.
3. Belt fitted
Carry and return belt in place: the conveyor as it runs empty. Shown on the welded CBW1-1.
4. Loaded and weighing
Material on the belt: the load cell measures the load while the speed sensor measures belt travel. Shown on the welded CBW1-1.
