From bare frame to running conveyor
Every part of a CBW2-1 installation, in the order it goes together. Accurate Industries supplies the lot: the weigh frame, weigh idler, speed sensor and off-scale idlers, plus the integrator and calibration.
1. The module on its own
The one-piece stainless steel module on its two load cells, shown with its calibration bars.
2. Weigh idler fitted
The weigh idler bolts to the module’s carriage.
3. In the conveyor
On the stringers, with off-scale idlers either side of the scale.
4. Belt fitted
Carry belt in place: the conveyor as it runs empty.
5. Loaded and weighing
20 mm aggregate on the belt. Two load cells measure the load; the speed sensor measures belt travel.
